Our Brisket is smoked over post oak wood for between 12 and 14 hours. This is the most traditional Central Texas cut we serve, and is the house favorite. Served sliced with your choice of lean or fatty cut.
Our Pulled Pork is prepared with our Pork and Chicken rub and smoked for 10-12 hours. Pulled with our sweet vinegar sauce for our take on a Carolina Classic
Our Pork Spare Ribs are served with our pork and chicken rub with sweet vinegar sauce.
Our Smoked Chicken Salad is served with smoked shredded chicken mixed in with our cabbage cilantro slaw and lime aioli.
